The cosy 38 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi as well as a TV in the living room and bedroom. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The home is located in the very heart of the monumental enclave of San Juan-San Francisco in the municipality of Telde. The historical and artistic enclave is a great starting point for the cultural and leisure routes that our municipality has to offer. There is a laundry near the property. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are allowed. Air conditioning is currently not available. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls.
